I was going to zip tie it up but I could not find my zip ties. I think I will add some kind of padding around the metal clip I made. Land rovers seem to love preventive maintenance.

That makes more sense. When I first looked at it there were 3 clips I thought people were removing all three clips and putting it on top of the frame.
