What needs to be replaced when doing an engine swap or is it just plug and play. I would assume ecu's but a detailed list (if any) would be appreciated!

It’s plug and play, but while the donor motor is on the stand you should change every seal possible, seal up the front cover(you have to remove the crank pulley), and put new coolant pipes and spark plugs.

All that stuff is easier to do on the stand versus in the vehicle.
