ok thanks for the answers that makes sense. So the poly bush sway bar bushings that Atlantic British that say for LR3 without ACE are fine to fit on my HSE?

The rubber ARB bushings are pretty good though....not sure why you'd go poly. I won't even go poly on the control arm bushings. 'fraid it will hose up the tuning. Also in my case the OE bushes last about 12 years (I drive 3000 Miles per year).

fancy giving them a try, also I have racked up 12000 miles in 10months so will probably top out at 15K for the year that's about average for me so my miles will not go down.
