Has anyone ever had luck in cleaning up corrosion on a tccm ? Or just replacing the cabling ?? I’ve found a new one but Before I send off 300$ I’d like to know if its something I can clean up using electric cleaning solution in the box and wires connector .

or how hard is it to install?? I have a ODM computer for my truck to remarry the new one . Are there any other steps I should take ? My terrain response is off and the computer says the monitor is bad . Any thoughts would be great thanx !

 

I repair vinage Mac computers. White vinegar works well to remove corrosion. Soak for about 10 minutes and use a tooth brush to clean. Repeat as needed. Rinse with alcohol.
