Default automatic transmission

Relates to LR 3 V8

Have for some time the problem with the automatic transmission gets worse, it hold on and then switch with a punch. Makes more noise (rpm) before it switches on. Even if I release the gas slowly, he also wants to divert. Now I wanted to check the oil level, but can not find an oil dipstick for the automatic transmission. Does anyone have an advice or idea.
Thank you for your answer / reaction

Ron

Torque converter maybe? Best advice is to take it to the best transmission shop in your area and get them to take a look at it.

There is no dipstick. Has fluid ever been changed? Atlantic British has a new filter and metal pan assembly for these. Good video on their sight on how to do change, drain and refill, also how to check fluid level.
