I was going to add the same. Since I plan to open mine and remove the orange bits, I will just get new lenses from Simon at Powerful UK. Sure, polishing is cheaper but I do wonder about longevity. New lenses though, they should be good for as long as I own the truck.

Good to know. How much $$ are we talking about here?

When I considered them it was a little over $200 after adding shipping and tax

Polishing can last as long as the original, provided one adds a protective coating back on, whether that's a wax/coating with uv protection regularly, or clear coat paint for more permanent protection.

Obviously to do it right with long term protection like clear coat takes a good bit longer than a quick polish.

Polish without any protection and one can expect them to haze and yellow again in a season or two.

my findings as well.
if my $20 fix doesn't hold up, then I will consider $$$ replacements.

Is someone willing to set up a group buy to minimize shipping costs?
seems that has gone up exponentially lately, like everything else.
shipping costs for some specific items I looked at from the UK has tripled.
used to be a great option over us sellers, not anymore.

either a bulk order to re-distribute within the states, or convince a us distributor to obtain for resale here?
seems they would sell quite well as our trucks age.

Yeah, true. Last time I checked shipping the lenses was $25. Making a new set about $130 shipped. Now it is indeed $200 for a set shipped, with shipping being $65 plus a "over seas" charge of $18, which I dont recall last time.
