BG Induction Service
I did the injector cleaner. I didn't really notice much difference, but that could mean that my system was already maintained pretty well.
I HAVE noticed a difference in other vehicles that weren't very well maintained.

Nope, not for me. I will say that the engine needs to be running on all 8 cylinders and needs to be pretty hot for it to run on the cleaner. I had one or two of my BRAND NEW ignition coils go bad when I attempted the cleaning and it just wouldn't run off the cleaner. I found the misfires and swapped a couple of spare coils and then it ran fine.
I did it in the drive way, in case it caught fire, I'd still have a place to sleep that night
I bought one of these:
One of these, although it was a lot cheaper:
and I had a harbor freight master fuel test kit. The quick connect fittings in the HF kit ARE NOT the same as the OTC can and hose, although they look similar, but I was able to swap a fitting from the HF kit to the hose on the OTC can. The HF kit contains a Ford style fitting that you should be able to use in place of the doorman part I bought, but in classic cheap tool fashion, it did not fit correctly.
For the price of all that stuff I bought, you could probably just get the Can and a single ford style fitting from the BG dealer. But I bought some of the stuff over time for other reasons, so for me it worked out cheaper for the individual purchases.

Here is a good video:
I don't like the way he took the hose apart, just because I priced the hose, and if it starts leaking afterward, it's pretty expensive. So that's why I bought the ford adapter and just removed the supply line.
