Default Book time rear control arms replacement ?

Good morning.

Does anybody know a LR shop official Book time for rear control arms replacement either per side or both ?
Not the bushing pressing but complete arm replacement and also for a rear knuckle as they have to be pressed out in order to fit new ones as well ? Thank you
I think I am throwing a towel for rear as I just did entire front on the driveway and my wrist hurts so bad specifically after drilling through front knuckle just to refit brake line as the old bolt snapped and extraction tool broke the tip off as well. Had to drill an offset hole and rethread it just to fit new bolt. What a job that was.I can't screw my right wrist any more as I have a complicated wrist bone surgery in two weeks.
Thanks.

This time looks very light to me. But that is from Prodemand which most shops use.

Thanks Abran.
This looks about right as when I called on friday they told me 4 hours for rear lower and upper.
I wonder what the time would be for rear knuckle bushings replacement as they need to be pressed out. That is what is basically squeaking on passenger side.

Auto Mate shows:
  • 1.2 hrs for both sides lower control arm R&R
  • 1.6 hrs for both sides upper control arm R&R
  • 2.8 hrs for one side rear knuckle R&R

Agreed whoever decided that has never had to cut the bolts from a northern truck
