Default Can't get blend door motor installed: How to rotate it?

I managed to remove the two air blend motors, but now struggle to re-install one of them.
The motor I have sits in a position that does not align with the key on the shaft of the blend door. I am therefore not able to install the motor, unless I find a way to either rotate the motor's shaft of the flap door and to keep it in in this position until I have the motor installed.

I'd appreciate any ideas!

One makes the assumption that it is a identical replacement
