Changed battery and now message "reduced enGine performance"

What does this mean. Just changed battery today and now I have this message. Seems to be running fine but a bit paranoid now

All is probably OK.

All is probably OK and message will disappear in a day or so.

Most of these trouble messages remind me of a baby crying - lots of noise created for an itch that soon goes away.
