Default Chips in Radiator cooling fan

I just changed out a bad pulley today, and when I was trying to remove the fan bolt from the fan pulley, the wrench slipped a few times and broke a small corner of a fan blade. As I rotated the fan around, I noticed two other blades with similar size chips in them. The chips are maybe an inch off the very end of the blades.

Is this going to cause any problems? I am not noticing any noise or vibration indicating balance issues with the blade.

I would recommend replacing it. There is a good chance the blades could explode all over the place if they are damaged.

Exactly this. Which will in turn perforate your radiator.
