Clip removal on plastic liner

What is the best way to remove the clips holding the front fender liner on a 2005 lr3? My lr3 is sitting low on the right front.

The best way I have found is to use a flat heat screw driver and try to pry the center part up. Once the center part is pryed up you should be able to remove the whole clip.
