Hi, I have a disco 3 which has wipers which will not turn off occasionally-i have swapped over the fast & slow speed relays with no change and also unplugged the stalk control and cleaned excess grease from the wiper motor itself.
I’ve tested the park position signal and it’s present & correct.
When the wipers are running amok turning the ignition to stop the engine leaves the wipers running but turning the ignition further to position zero kills them & they park as normal.
has anybody encountered this as I’m now pulling my hair out!

Check the fuses and relays.

Could be the rain sensing going wonky
