Default Door trim removal

Remove and fix door trim should be easy right? Not so much... WD40 or goof off hasn't helped much. I would like to not destroy the paint, any ideas?

I keep a can of this around. Good for getting epoxy glue and spray foam off the hands as well as emblem glue off of cars.

Did you use a heat gun or a hair dryer? I'm in the middle of this nightmare job. Using one of those rubber eraser wheels and it kind of works, sometimes. Along with goo gone and plastic scrapers. Hoping I can polish the scratches out..
