Remove and fix door trim should be easy right? Not so much... WD40 or goof off hasn't helped much. I would like to not destroy the paint, any ideas?

looks like the same stuff under the badges i removed last week on mine
was a pain in the ***, but heat and the thumb rub method worked with goo off to get rid of the residue
Did you use a heat gun or a hair dryer? I'm in the middle of this nightmare job. Using one of those rubber eraser wheels and it kind of works, sometimes. Along with goo gone and plastic scrapers. Hoping I can polish the scratches out..
