Default Experience with FCP Euro

Does anyone have experience with FCP Euro? I just came across their site. Prices are very competitive, much lower than Amazon or Ebay. They also have a life-time guaranty on everything that they sell, pads, rotors, bushings, etc. Akebono pads, front and rear and Zimmermann rotors front and rear, sensors and hardware, $430 (for our 2010 Range Rover Sport HSE). Plus free shipping........sadly they are adding sales tax.....

FCP Euro? Never heard of them.
I suggest you question them in writing about their "Life-time Guarantee" on everything. If it sounds too good to be true... you know the rest...

There is a viral clip going around about a guy that bought his oil and filter from them. When it was time to change it again, he sent the old stuff back and got most of his money back (sans shipping I think). Too lazy to look for it, but I saw it and it blew my mind.

I've bought parts from FCP a few times with zero issues.

The Lifetime Warranty is true and I can understand sending back a defective/wrong part....BUT OMG used OIL, Coolant, Brake Pads, etc!
Never in a million years would I send back "parts" that did there job.

This video from FCP Euro is hilarious... CRAZY but Funny!!!

They are legit, buy with confidence. I get a significant portion of my E46 BMW parts from them and they are well regarded in that community. Stock/selection is a bit more limited for the Land Rover but I still check them.

And yes they will honor those returns. I agree sending back oil is a hassle but people are doing it and basically spending $20 shipping for an oil change with fancy oil. Just saw a post with a guy who had send back his floor mats when they wore down.

They have been around a long time and are heavy into Euro cars, hence their name. I have bought things from them before. I did have one issue with some bad hydraulic lifters. Not their fault but they said they would look into the issue and get back to me. Months later I realized I had not heard back - cause they never did get back to me. They apologized and issued a refund. Got to keep the lifters but they ended up in the bin anyway.
