Hello! Just purchased a 2006 LR3 HSE and have a question about unlocking. The Rover only came with one blade style key, which looks to be aftermarket. The metal blade/key looks original so Im guessing the import dealer I bought it from swapped the case/fob for cosmetic sales appeal. The fob will lock the doors just fine but will not unlock, I have to remove the cover on the drivers door and unlock manually to have the alarm go off only to silence by inserting the key into the ignition. Is there any simple way to reprogram the unlock feature into the remote? All the research I've done focuses on reprogramming the whole remote. I haven't seen anything on partial remote lock/unlock.
