Right, Well i have no codes as of last weekend. I did have it hooked up to a trailer this past weekend and had a suspension fault several times but no drop outside of the normal front dropping over night stuff. When I say the front end is dropping over night i mean it can sit for 30 mins and it has already noticeably dropped. and more on the driver side.
Like i said i have already tried the rebuild and replacing the valve block unless its a bad block and i did botch the rebuild. which again is just as unlikely both happening as both bags going out at the same time i guess.
What codes do valve block usually show? Let me go pull them real fast see if anything pops up

Ok so maybe these will tell yall something more than they are telling me!Suspension
  • C1A30-64 (6C) Both switches pressed at the same time - Algorithm based failure - signal plausibility failure
    ( on 27-11-2020 09:59:06 at 158170 mi )
  • C1130-66 (28) Air spring air supply - Algorithm based failure - signal has too many transitions/events
    ( on 27-11-2020 18:10:04 at 158207 mi )
Vehicle Dynamic
  • U0132-87 (08) Lost communication with ride level control module - Bus signal/message failure - missing a message
    ( on 27-11-2020 11:58:32 at 158182 mi )
There were others but not pertaining to the suspension that im aware of.

C1A30-64 - Probably a phantom error, one of those that comes up for no logical reason and usually does not throw a code. If it does throw a fault, then its a bad switch.

U0132-87- Same as above, pretty common background fault.

C1130-66 - Inferred fault that means one thing, leaking bag. Its basically saying that a spring is requesting air too often, the truck has to keep adjusting more often than it should have to.
