Default Front and Rear Seat Heaters, AND Front and Rear Window Heaters Not Working

Neither the front nor rear seat heaters work in my 2005 LR3. They have never worked for me since I bought the car a few years ago. When I press the buttons for the front seat heaters, two lights come on for a little while, then go to one light, but no heat. When I press the buttons for the rear seat heaters, I get no lights. I know I tried to diagnose this once a while back, I checked fuses, and maybe a relay. Did not see anything immediately out of order.

Last week, I had frosted windows for the first time this year. I noticed the front and rear window heaters did not seem to be working either. I believe these have worked fine in past years, but I can't say for sure. Lights come on when I press the buttons, but ice doesn't melt. Have not checked fuses yet. I believe they are on different fuses, so it's strange that they would go out at the same time.

Could these problems be related? Any thoughts how to diagnose? Thanks

Check fuses and relays. But yes, windshield is two separate fuses for sure for each side. Rear is a separate fuse and might even be a separate relay. Front seats are a huge failure issue with the wires in the cushions. Try them again and feel the back side, see if that heats at all. Mine do, just not the bottom cushion - on the list to things to fix. For rear, dunno, less use so I think they usually hold up better. But I have no second row, so there is that.
