I have a Launch and it’s been pretty fantastic as a whole but it doesn’t have the capability that my GAP does. It cannot do keys it can do some modules but I don’t know if it can program a used cluster or not. Never had to try that one yet. It however does a pretty great job across a lot of platforms. It even can dig into the P38 a fair bit which is somewhat impressive as it’s a nut roll. If I get a chance tonight I’ll plug the launch in and see if it offers an option for the cluster. It is not make model or vin locked it does them all.

I also have the IcarSoft Land Rover V3 and it’s basically garbage. It is definitely not worth the spend even at $200.
