Default Having Trouble Fueling

Our 2008 SE is having trouble taking fuel at the pump at full pressure. Cuts off continuously except for with very low flow. I've read this is likely a blockage in the vent tube hose and that blowing it out with air often solves the problem.

That said, I'm having trouble locating the vent tube and any type of step by step on how to do it.

1. Where/how to most easily access and find the vent tube?
2. When end/direction do I detach, the tube and blow into?
3. How does the end attach/detach..hose clamp, etc?

Given the lack of detail in the forums I'm assuming this is an easy procedure and I am a dunce; but, I'd like to get this fixed and hoping someone here can assist. Thanks in advance!

Off of the top of my head I don't have the answers for you but someone here was nice enough to copy the FSM to One Drive so you can probably find everything you need here... https://onedrive.live.com/?authkey=%...C2D89C85C7C171
