Default Hazard switch pack wires

I have several faults come up. I was working on an aftermarket radio the previous owner had installed. He had the ignition power wire rigged into the wire harness in the back of the hazard switch pack. Can anyone point me to a wiring diagram for that or tell me what fuses may have been effected? I think it blew a fuse cause that wire doesn't have any power to it now.

Here is the wiring diagram, I could fine nothing pertaining to a fuse for the Centre facia because those are pretty much just switches. So if there is a fuse to those, I missed it or its further up some place on the wiring.

thanks. I think its a fuse. I can't imagine something just saying I'm done and shutting off power to that entire side of the harness. The hazards work and the lock buttons work. The rest is dead.
