Another thing I notice is I am not restricted with speed even though it is stuck in low.

I want to check everything possible before getting a new TCCM.

Broken wire passenger side “A” post. Appears that this light brown wire goes towards the driver side in the wire bundle above
Based on length, looks like the wire hooks up to this connection.

I am thinking these 2 codes are causing my issue. Any suggestions where/what to look for or test?

i should have opened the TCCM when I saw corrosion on pins...looks to have shorted out.

All my trouble shooting is not wasted...at least all connections are cleaned with electrical contact cleaner and I used dielectric grease on all connections.

From what I have read a new TCCM needs to be programmed correct?

I got lucky and cleaning mine solved the issues I was having. Glad you found the culprit though.
