Default How to clean rear drain holes of the sunroof

My LR3 sunroof is parked on an incline and when it rains I get a significant leak on to rear seat from the sunroof. I am quite sure this is a result of the drain holes in the rear of the sunroof being plugged up.

There are lots of great videos and instructions for cleaning out the 2 front drain holes/tubes in the sunroof tray. There are supposed to be two sunroof drain holes with the tubes running down the C-pillar but I can't seem to find any information about how to access these holes and clean out the tubes. Can anyone help?

Indeed, lots of info on the fronts - not much on the rears. Which is why I wrote this little helper up.
