Default Icon on nav screen

I have done the required Google search but have not found the answer.

On my Nav screen, when displaying 4x4 information, there is a small box near the bottom of the screen with a picture of two rear tires. Well, I presume the rears. Anyhow, the box used to be green and now it's red. What the hell is this thing trying to tell me? The manual was no help either.

Do you mean the Icon that has the wheels w/ the arrow, right next to the Compass?

If so, the green outline confirms that it has been selected, and then turns red when its the active Icon (shown in the larger screen).

For example, when you click on the Compass Icon, it will briefly turn green, as the compass screen loads and then turns red once its loaded.

If yours was green and stayed green, then I suspect you either had something on your screen or the touch display is failing, as the box stays green as long as you keep your finger on the Icon.

Spot on LR and thank you. The damned thing is supposed to be red. I always assumed it was green full time in the past but I must have been seeing things. Thanks for the help!
