Default IID Tool

Guys,

I have a couple questions about things to configure with my IID.

First and foremost. I hate the auto moving mirrors for reverse. The angle they reach is horrible lol I cannot adjust it and make it stay either. So is this a parm I can shut off?

Secondly, what else do people normally turn on/off? As of right now I have the low coolant shut off, pad wear shut off, TPMS shut off (2 sets of wheels).

Love to hear your input

Enabling/Disabling Mirror Dip is done through the Trip Computer:

Just a question... why would you want your low coolant sensor disabled?

The float in my reservoir is saturated. I'm lazy and don't want to buy the new reservoir lol

Hope you don't develop a leak and fry your engine...

That's interesting. I seem to recall that the low coolant warning was _disabled_ on my truck by default. I actually had to enable it with the IID Tool.

I think I'm in the same boat as you cmb6s. I know for a fact that mine was set to off in the parms within IID when I first got it. Some other strange things were pre-set to off as well
