Land Rover lr3 Runs 12 minutes cut off please help

No power f4 under hood
The f4 25a fuse is good but no power I checked with a light tester all the others have power except f4 ...the f8 relay is good and power . Is it the junction box or bad ground causes a no power at f4

Somehow I tested f4 it seems to have power and the throttle body sensor has continuity crank up and cut off again. It seems maybe a short in or around junction box. Not sure but I'm gonna check the ground under the box
