Default LEAN CODES 171 AND 174.. 20+ LTFT And eventual loss of power under load.

Thanks much for membership and for your help.
2007 LR3 l322 4.4l
I'm trying to solve lean codes in both banks. I'm getting LTFT readings that slowly climb to 20 before I begin to lose power under load. Replaced MAF, fuel pump(18 months ago.) All sensors are within 1 year old. I am in Nebraska (so different fuel source from my usual home in California.)
I've ordered new fuel pump/filter/regulator, injectors and upstream O2 sensors.
What am I missing here or should that likely resolve the issue? I smoke tested which was fine. With

LTFT Fuel trims this high I have to assume it's a filter or regulator. I know these systems have the single fuel rail without a return. So I question that design.
Sorry for the blunt post but I need to get back to California and I'm going to be pulling a 75 trans am. Thanks ahead of time.

Default Update

Checked the underhood ⛽️ fuse and it looks super heated. Partially melted. There was a 20 Amp fuse in there when it calls for 25 Amp.

Just to help anyone with the same issue searching the forums...
The fuel filter was in terrible shape. Previous owner says it was changed. It was not. Hope this helps.

The fuel filter is part of the swirl pot that houses the fuel pump. They should last for pretty much every given the size. It is not even a service part that is normally changed.

You’re both correct but talk about different vehicles.

OP seems to have an L322, although he wrote LR3 L322, which has a replaceable fuel filter, https://new.lrcat.com/#!/12119/94841/99734/7908/99744.

Similarly it is true that on the D3 it is not intended to be replaced as it is in the tank as you stated.
