Default Little Sluggish

Ok, so my 3 isn't a peppy as it used to be. If I punch the gas she feels a little sluggish and doesn't blast off like normal. I moved and the fuel here isn't as great as it was (changed brand from Chevron to Shell). I keep up with oil and filter changes about 6-7k miles. My next guess would be a spark plug change because I don't know when the last one was and she sits at about 106k miles right now. What else do we think could help?

I think the spark plug change out is at 90 or 100k, it should be on your service invoice. At your mileage it might be worthwhile getting a BG Injector cleaning, throttle body cleaning. Mostly though, it's the crappy fuel, on the vastly rare occasion I can find non-ethanol gas, it drives like a new vehicle.

The valves on high mileage LR3/D3 can get buildup and not close all the way.
