Default LR3 HDC fault

My '06 LR3 won't start. Dash lights up like a Xmas tree, and I get a HDC system fault. I plugged in a didital diagnostic tool, and got a code U0151. I looked it up & it indicates the SRS control module. Since I can't clear the errors, I assume I have to replace the module - BUT I DON'T KNOW WHERE THE HELL IT IS!!
Can anybody help?

SRS failure shouldn't stop it from firing up.

Are all the dash lights on and staying lit up, like this?

If so behind your battery is a little silver box called the transfer case control module that if wet or corroded will cause a nightmare of errors. I was able to clean mine with contact cleaner and a toothbrush. Than filled it with dielectric grease.

Yes - that's exactly what the dash looks like. I was going by the diagnostic code, which indicated the SRS control module lost communication. I'll give it a shot tomorrow. Thanks for responding.
