Default LR3 random cruise control not permitted

Morning everyone!

After reading multiple threads on this fault of "cruise control not permitted" i'm stuck. In the past 1200 miles i have had this fault happened twice and can't recreate it. Once it sets overnight, then it works fine the next day.

When i was getting alignment, the Land Rover dealer said I have all software updates.

The first time, I had one brake light out. I have replaced the tail lite/brake bulbs and also the break switch.

The gear indicator is working spot on, as is all steering wheels controls.

The next item on the list I believe is the rotary coupler but wasn't sure if there is some more troubleshooting i can do before swapping that.

Thanks!

If I knew I'd tell ya....but since it's a mechanical part I doubt there is a way to test it.

doesn't look to bad other then removing the steering wheel. which isn't too bad. Just have to be careful with the air bad and following the process to disconnect properly.
