Does any body have a solution to add a swing tire carrier, I think$$ 800+ is a lit bit too much for the ones currently available and also Im not hating on TT rear bumper but is bit pricey, any body has a more economical solution?? Any advice is appreciated thank You

 

The only solution is to DIY. There are companies that sell the parts so its not terribly hard to do.
