Hi everybody just wanted to share my current project with my Lr3. I recently scored some Voyager sliders last week for $150. I just got them back from the sandblaster and they are ready to paint. I plan on POR-15 ing them first than top coating and then spraying the matting surface of my Lr3 and the contact points of the slider with some cavity wax before install. That should protect it from the upcoming New England winter from rusting. I've included before and after pics. The sandblasting came out awesome and only cost me $100. So far I'm under $300 for this project. Painting is next.
