Default Lr3 transmission fluid

I am looking to make a more comprehensive list of trans fluids that we can use on the zf, plus i need to change ours

I dont see much information online for land rover zf, but i d8 for bmw zf, assuming its the same trans? I see that castrol transmax IMPORT multi vehicle and also valvoline max life

i also see where its recommended u drain and refill run, drain refill run, drain change the filter refill top off to be sure all the old fluid is out of the converter
I assume we need the LV 71141 spec for zf trans
thoughts on this?

The castrol trans max import muliti is out, when u read the spec sheet it says do not use where mercron sp or mercron LV is required

im gonna go with the valvoline max life multi car, specs show its good for lv 71141 and mercron LV / sp
