Default LR3 - Two Items I need help on

Hello all!

2006 LR3 with 109,000 miles and every service up to date per LR intervals. So two things I need to address:

1. Front valve block is leaking and its not the bags (I've tested). Does anyone have the installation instructions, from removing the bumper all the way to installing the front block air valve?

2. About once every two weeks or so on startup, the truck with spit out a nice puff of dark bluish smoke from the exhaust, and it smells like a burning fumes of sort. Cant seem to figure this out, it only happens every now and then on cold startups in the morning. Any thoughts? The truck runs like brand new!

Thanks in advance!

Here's a link to the service manual. It's your best friend... https://www.cubby.com/pl/LR3+worksho...kshop%20Manual

Likewise, here is a link to the specific process you requested (Vehicle Dynamic Suspension): https://ws.cubby.com/p/_fea250a57119....pdf/257392808

Re the smoke, sounds like you could have a valve stem seal going out, or some other means of oil entering the combustion chamber. You could try removing your plugs and seeing if one is covered in (burnt) oil, but if your oil levels remain reletively constant between changes I wouldn't worry about it now.
