Sounds like you have a laundry list. If u-pull salvage yards near you or on your weekly travels, great. Some yards have web sites with on-line inventory, lets you know the date the truck came on the yard, etc. I was able to buy two front seats for like $27 each.
But sometimes the yards are too far, too empty, etc. Then parts guys to the rescue. Some fellows are dismantlers, they buy Rovers and part them out. Store the better stuff, and recycle the scrap. As an example, I needed the plastic dash part that surrounds the radio and ash tray and vents, etc. My previous owner had trashed it, and so I was in a hurry (SWMBO deadline) and drove to several yards in two states, and while they had one, it was trashed also. So after wasting most of a Saturday, and 300 miles, I emailed Paul Grant.
My part was shipped UPS on Monday from CT, it bounced around the UPS depots as far south as Jacksonville and then back up to mid state Georgia, then back down to Savannah and arrived in perfect condition Thursday. Tracking all the way, so you knew when it was out for delivery. The modest price and shipping were a lot less than the gas burned up and time wasted (although time in a salvage yard is not really wasted, you can always find something of interest).
Here are some parts guys, some pre-owned, some new, etc. Also there are web sites like Atlantic British, Rovers North, BP Utah, British Pacific, and others. And individuals part out and post on here all the time.
BTW, you'll want to download the factory shop, owners, and electrical manual set, called the RAVE. Has methods for r/r of many of these items.

AWESOME INFO!!! Thanks so much!!! I'm from the jeep world so I know about second hand parts lol... Just figured I would throw it up on the board and hope a dismantler or two would give me some price options. I have the leftovers of 3 grand cherokees laying around the shop as I would buy wrecked ones and part them out for a decent profit lol. Thanks again!!!
