I checked superbrightleds.com

They have 6 ohm 50 watt resistors and 25 ohm 25 watt resistors.

Any body know which one would be best suited?

Got a better picture of the lights the other day.

 

is it possible to "downgrade" a newer lr4 tail lights to an older model? I found these aftermarket square tail lights I like but they're only compatible up to 2014, and I have a 2016.

Old thread, you would get a better response by starting a new thread. D3 and D4 rear lights should be interchangeable but you need to see the other side to see if the resistors are there and whether the matching locating pins are there

 

Are they indeed interchangeable? I thought the D4 went LED.....
