14.4 with the truck running - 13.7 was the biggest dip I saw in the voltage when I hit the heated windshield button - but I also had the HVAC system running with the ECON button pushed (loaded the sytem up) when I did it. Without the HVAC system running, I expect less of a dip on the windshield heater alone.
