Default O-ring or Oh, I don't know, maybe a new hose

My son's 2007 developed a leak at the right rear part of the engine bay. upon examination he found the "T" connector for one of the heater hoses was leaking. I think the part number for the upper hoses that has the "T" is PCH50194. What I cannot seem to locate is the part number of the hose with the quick connect. I have tried to locate an O-ring of the same size and hope that it all that needs to be replaced, but even that gets me confused as to which "heater hose O-ring" I should get.

I am finding that as I get older, (I am retiring next month) that my mental search skills have gone away just like my physical prowess on the athletic field.

Can someone help me locate:
The lower hose with the quick connect (and new O-ring) part number
The O-ring itself that is the right size.

Thanks as always

Jeff

I think the connector part number is 18D434. It looks like somebody else was looking for this part also:

The Land Rover part doesn't seem to be available, but it looks there are generic ones out there, such as:

Amazon Amazon

Or maybe these o-rings will work:

hell pie,
Thanks for the reply. I will look up that number and location for purchase. Also, I will look at the thread you referenced.
I would ask "how did I miss that in my search" but truth is my word selection on searches is not what is used to be.

Again thank you

Jeff

Default Update

Well it turns out it was the "T" behind the quick connect so It looks like the 2 hoses and "T" s need replaced.

Looks like the top 2 hoses, the "T" and the lower hose are all a single P/N: PCH500955G

https://www.roverparts.com/belts-hos...ses/PCH500955G

(they seem to be willing to work through parts identification with you, that may be worth the call to hash through it to ensure you get the right parts. https://www.roverparts.com/Contact/ )

^ That is the hose assembly for the front of the engine that goes to the t-stat housing.

I would just replace the t-fitting with something generic and use clamps or hack out some bits from a pick and pull. With that said heater core hoses that run along the battery box are sold as a set:

with rear heater core: PCH501093/5H22 18472-DB, PCH501094/5H22 18C266-GA <------- this set will include new t-fittings, but not the downward quick connect that goes to rear core
with no rear heater core: PCH501083/5H22 18472-CB, PCH501084/5H22 18C266-FA

connector for rear core both in/out is part: JHH500020/5H22 8B260-AA - I am not sure where PCH50194 came from as a part number.

rear core hoses (points downward from t-fittings): JHB500250/5H2Z 18B402-NA and JHB500270/5H2Z 18B402-HA with JUP000040 for hose clips/clamps

FYI, I bet someone ran green coolant in that. That is the only time I see these parts fail.

Also, I found these. I have not looked at the sizing at all.
