P0151-1A & P0051-00 o2 Sensor Bank2, Sensor 1
That particular O2 is not easy to get it. But you can sorta do it from above. Normal protocol is to disconnect the shaft. I did so and still did not have enough room. With some extensions, a short ratchet and a crows foot - one can use a few combinations and get to it from above. The hardest part is laying on the engine or over the fender in some way to see back there.
Just to close this one ... it was in fact the o2 Sensor on the Drivers (Right) side before the CAT and above the driveshaft ... i tried to get to the darn thing more then a few times but ultimately had to break down and have the shop replace it for me :-)

I am able to get the driver front O2 sensor without removing the driveshaft from the bottom and I have fat arms and hands. Just an FYI, it's possible.
