Default Passenger Side Seat is paralyzed

Went to move the seat today and found that it does not work. Checked the 30 amp and 5 amp fuse did not see any obvious issues.

When you hit the switch it sounds like a relay clicks but nothing cool happens, like moving. Anyone ran into this?

Army Rover:

What did it turn out to be? How did you solve this?

Took mine to get a professional cleaning after my trip to the MO woods. same thing, but drivers seat. all other switches move the seat as expected, forward/backward does not move.
Looked under the seat, I see a a small motor with what looks like a cable running to the inside seat rail and it seems to flex when I move the switch. I will pull the seat today and see what I find.

I did note that the motor had a label that said "Johnson Controls"
