please help with service reminder reset !!!!!! :(
i changed oil in my rover today for the first time and cant reset the service mile and hour reminder it is an 07 lr3 please help and thank you so much for your time i do not have a dealer or service person with in 100 mile and have to change oil and minor stuff myself

only 08 Lr3 and RRS and LR2 have manual maintenance light reprogramming procedure. Everything is using IDS. Sorry but you will have to live with it until you get it to a dealer.
oh and hoped you got AAA for when it shuts down on you.

There is a device that can be ordered on-line from the UK that allows one VIN's Service Maintenance light reset. I think I got mine for right at $110 with shipping.
I wish I could help with the site or the name of the unit, but I don't remember either and at 11:38PM I'm too lazy to go to the car and look. Would require shoes, coat, keys, and a brisk walk where maybe I could ... No, I already forgot what I was going for...
