Default Pleased to be among you

Just got home from Land Rover Flatirons where I mercilessly (I feel like an irresponsible parent) traded away my beloved and pristine 2004 Discovery for a 2007 Java Black LR3. Hint: if anyone in Denver is looking for a cherry 2004, they said they were going to keep mine and sell it there.

Anyway, on to the future. I LOVE this LR3. So many gadgets but so little time. I'll keep quiet for a while as I read up and think of things to ask. Just wanted to say hello.

Best,
Dave

Do it!!

One thing I learned about myself is I've become a terrible car snob. I test drove a brand new 4Runner, a new Pathfinder, and an Escalade before I realized that NONE of them would do. Once you've had the luxury and panache of a Rover, a Toyota or a Nissan seem spartan and incapable off road, and an Escalade looks like a gaudy mess of bling layered on a pickup truck. No thanks. Hard to beat British style and luxury unless you can afford Italian.
