Default Random red wire from dash to engine- won't start

Hi!

I am trying to get my 2005 lr3 to finally start, it's been a work in process getting it all back together. I got the interior all assembled all auxiliary things power up, however the starter doesn't appear to be receiving to turn.

Under the dash is an odd relay that I've never seen before, that is spliced into the ignition harness, and a red wire runs from this to the engine bay, but that red wire is not connected to anything. My lr4 does not have this, so I'm guessing it's aftermarket??? Also the relay connected is a Mopar part lol.

Any ideas? Is it a cheap kill switch?? I'm wondering if I can undo this somehow at the ignition/starter to get it to atleast try to turn.

Is there a switch wired to that relay ? Could be just for additional lighting in which case it shouldn't affect the engine starting.

Thanks for responding!

I went and looked at it really quick and snapped new pics. The black wire from the relay is grounded, a red and orange wire are spliced into some wires for the headlight switch, and then the red wire that runs to the engine bay where it's laying around not connected to anything.

That actually makes sense, duh.
My next guess is since I changed the entire ignition assembly, I probably need to flash. I actually forgot about that, too, since the last owner had gutted everything.
