yes, 15A #48P
Yes, you are correct; the rear wiper fuse is 15 amp, #48P.
These is also an associated relay, called R273/R137 on the electrical drawings, page 231 of the wiring drawing pdf attached, which I think is either R2 or R3 in the engine compartment relay box.
As yes, since you are getting noises from the rear, per the previous post, I think however both the fuse and relay(s) are OK. Stripped gears re the rear motor are common.

Hidden ....
Hidden is the honest answer.
If you have changed out the HVAC pollen filter you were close. Per the jpg, the interior fuse box is hidden behind the lower glove box door and to the right.
You have to kind of spring loose those two curved glove box supports so the glove box door rotates down to the carpet. The pdf shows how to squeeze the curved arms and also how to replace the pollen filter.

Pollen filter then?
There are two type, one being just a dust filter and the other being an activated carbon filter that removes both dust and smell.
In a practical sense, this means you can drive beside a cattle liner and not smell it or past a pig or chicken farm, same thing, no smell - the activated carbon works that well.
The Land Rover part number for the Activated Carbon filter is JKR500020 High end, dust and smell, now superseded LR023977 or Mann CUK 2747.
As with all tasks Land Rover, there is one trick to installing the filter.
Once slid in, the filter has to be lifted/pushed upwards so it is tight in the rectangular opening. When properly in place, you have to look upwards to see the underside of the filter. The purpose of the "legs" on the removable slot cover is to keep the filter lodged up in the opening so that it does not fall down onto the fan housing when one hits bumps.
Also there is a direction to the filter re air flow. Depending upon brand, there may or may not be an air flow arrow on the filter however. Direction of air flow is from top to bottom into the fan.
The jpg's are of a removed dirty filter; top and bottom - they do work.
