whats the steps for checking none functional wiper?
like I’m new, cause I am it’s a 2005 LR3

I'd start with the fuse or relay. Owner's Manual or cover of fuse box should provide guidance on which fuse it is...or just wait for @abran or @bbyer to jump on this thread and state it. They know everything!

It never rains in so cal so I know nothing about wipers...

But as huomwa states. Start with fuse/relay.

If you have not got it by Monday I’ll look up the wiring diagram and post screenshots.

Also it might be easy to pop off back panel on upper tailgate and supply 12v direct to rule out burnt motor.

no luck with the fuse, ill check the motor because the rear sprayer works. here goes to "pop" off the back panel with any Luck

It’s easy. You’ll be amazed. Couple screws at the latch and the rest are clips that pop off.
