New member here. Asked this on another forum, but no response. Just got a 2006 LR3 HSE from a friend. It has the factory Rosen G10 dvd player, but the screen is very faded (maybe a bad backlight or something). My question is, are there any ways to fix the screen or is there another Rosen DVD player that has the same footprint that I can easily swap into the existing space?

You can take the unit apart and ship it to the Rosen Repair center

I paid a $ 280 flat fee repair with ground shipping and a 6 month warranty.

There was a 6 to 8 weeks turn around.

To me it was the easiest and cheapest way to go.
