Going to put the machine up on a hoist next week and give the whole system a good inspection, I can't see any cracking on the air bag corners (lying on my back with a mirror and flashlight) so I'm thinking this LR3 led a very charmed life. Researching more I am starting to think that Arnott are better than the OEM and a few others, but I'm just beginning my investigation, the Arnott product is not a reman and also seems to have an improved air connection. Thanks for the replies folks, your opinions are valuable...

 

The poms use Delphi or dunlop, don't think anyone outside of the US uses arnott bags although they were popular with P38 owners.
