Question RSW 4Dcan Calibration Issues.

Hi all,
I started another thread earlier to figure out what my issue was on my newly acquired 2007 LR3. It seems to be clear that it is a calibration problem. This thread I am aiming at sorting out that issue as the other thread is getting long-winded. I have the 4Dcan software by RSW Solutions. (I have the IIDTool on order, but it might be a while before it arrives).
I really want to see if I can figure out how to calibrate with this software. I think I have followed everything to the letter and have got it dialed into the correct heights. There are a few caveats though. When I first start the truck on level ground it will adjust the suspension very strangely. At the normal setting, my measurements are: (LF 17.5), (RF 19.5), (LR 17.25), (RR 20.2) Inches. However, if I drive the truck forwards and backward a couple of meters it seems to resolve it's self and to achieve the desired height. I then take the measurements for calibration. (I did put the truck into tight tolerances). What I have now achieved after much tweaking is (LF 18.4), (RF 18.2), (LR 19), (RR 19). Everything seems to work fine until I reach low highway speeds and the vehicle throws a Cross Articulation code and drops the suspension.

So Is that strange thing with the height normal at startup??? That part concerns me. Every start it will do that.
Is there anything else I need to be doing in order to calibrate correctly with the 4Dcan?

Other things to note:
I do have a TPMS issue. The computer says it cannot communicate with the module or something like that.
The airbag light is on for some airbag (I think the code said it was the drivers)
I replaced both front height sensors and the air compressor.

UPDATE:
I just noticed that my right front height sensor bracket was bent pretty bad. It looks like there was a blowout on the truck at some point on the right front. there is a lot of damage to the wheel well plastics.

I am going to reset the calibration numbers to my first log file now that I have bent the bracket to what I believe is very close to how it is supposed to be. Wish me luck.

BOOM!

See my response to your other post; I was asking for physical signs of an issue. Gotta get that bracket corrected, then re-calibrate. That **** happened to me 10 years ago! Damn....I can't believe how long I've had my LR3.

it was indeed the bent bracket.
I recalibrated and everything works great! It’s nice to be able to go 70 and not be on the bump stops. 😜

thank you!!
