Glad you're back on the road...we should grab a beer in Seattle when you get back.

 

I'm surprised you couldn't tell the truck was driving odd with a tierod backing out.

Also, for what it's worth, the outer tierod nuts are considered one time use by LR. Personally, blue threadlocker is what I'd probably choose too.
